Introduction [JP]
At the outset, through group work, participants confirm that the aim of this event is to acquire evaluation methods to encourage students to learn more.

Session 1. Prior Learning Review [JP]
In this session, participants review their knowledge of evaluation methods learned in the online course – “Interactive Teaching” and the textbook – “Interactive Teaching.”

Session 2. Group Work to Improve Sample Rubric [JP]
In this session, through group work on improving sample rubric, participants share and discuss evaluation points to encourage students to learn more.

Session 3. Group Work to Improve Each Rubric [JP]
In this session, participants improve each rubric through group discussion. (In this session, participants are divided into four classes based on their experience and requirements.)

Closing Remarks [JP]
Finally, participants share and discuss what they learned from the three sessions and specify what they will introduce in their classes.
