授業について
　途上国のスラム住民の多くは公共水道サービスにアクセスすることができないため、インフォーマルで個人的な人間関係に頼って日々の生活に必要な水を得ています。本講義では、スラム住民の中でも社会ネットワークの中でより有利なポジションにいる人達、即ちより多くのソーシャルキャピタルを所有している人達が、より安価で安全な水にアクセスしやすい構造を明らかにし、より公正で多くの人のニーズを満たすための方策を提示します。
