Change in Consumer's Consciousness of Food Products from Disaster Areas

Lecture Description

After 3.11, a number of consumers took evasive actions to some foods produced in disaster areas.  When and how our trust in food turns into the mistrust? How can producer and government win back consumer's trust? In this report, Prof. Hosono* discusses how food safety policy should be, based on survey of consumer's consciousness.
